  Classic bait and switch. Offer low price for quoted work. Once dropping the vehicle off they list all the work they said they'd include but is now excluded.. when questioned why he didn't call to inform me of increased costs he threw the keys down towards me. Unprofessional and I'd question the quality.

  I didn't actually use Prime Mechanical, I went in to query if they could help me with my import car and rather than just saying yes (he did say he could do it but I might be better taking it to the other company) and taking my money referred me to another company that has more experience with my car. Much respect to a company that does that.
